DO YOU OFFER SLIDING SCALE RATES?
While I do not currently offer sliding scale rates, I do believe in making therapy accessible and will work with you to identify a payment schedule that is realistic. I also accept a variety of insurance (e.g., Beacon Health Plans, Cigna, MHN, Optum, United Health and Tricare). 

WHAT THERAPEUTIC TECHNIQUES DO YOU USE?
I use an integrated approach to therapy. This means that I draw on my training in a variety of different theoretical orientations to tailor your therapeutic experience to your specific needs as well as the issues for which you are seeking counseling. My treatment orientation may include any one of the following:

HOW LONG DOES EACH THERAPY SESSION TAKE?
Therapy sessions are typically 50 minutes. Some couples and family sessions may be longer (i.e. 90 minutes) and are billed accordingly.

WHO ARE YOUR CLIENTS?
My clients range in age and include young adults , adults, and elders (ages 18-65+). The populations I work with include bisexual, gay, lesbian, transgender, and heterosexual clients (individual, couples, and/or families), those dealing with cancer or chronic illness, and veterans.
